*Personal life coaching is a prerequisite for participation in group coaching.
Once an applicant completes a Personal Life Coaching application form, our Program Coordinator will review the application and pair the applicant with a life coach who will best support her needs. If you would like to request a specific coach, please note that in the comment section on the application form (see link at bottom of this page). Based on the availability of our coaches, we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Caroline Renee is a life and business transformation coach who works with motivated women to get clear on their gifts and purpose, have confidence in their power, and strategize how to take action and use opportunities to positively impact the world without losing themselves. A virtuoso at pulling out of her clients far more than they can see in themselves, Caroline is known for evoking life-changing insights and transformation.
Caroline’s approach is informed by her background in positive psychology, which began when she was an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, doing applied positive psychology research for Martin Seligman (often referred to as the father of positive psychology). She is experienced in psychological assessment, prevention, counseling, intervention, and consultation, as well as in creating and leading businesses from the ground up. In addition to being a certified professional coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, she holds an M.Ed. in school psychology, a J.D. and a real estate license. Having been an attorney, serial entrepreneur, educational consultant, and cofounder of multiple nonprofits, Caroline has “walked the walk” of bringing her own personal vision to fruition—again and again as her life has evolved.

Honor Jensen is a Business and Life Coach, empowering leaders and professionals nationwide to thrive in work and life while honoring their whole and authentic self. With decades of experience helping people clarify and achieve their personal and professional goals, she learned the secret few people talk about and why so many give up and play small: Success is not about achievement. Before starting Thriving With Honor, she spent 20+ years in Human Resources, coaching and training leaders, executives, and individuals in organizations of various sizes and industries to peak performance, wellbeing, and growth on and off the job.
She earned her MBA while working full time and raising toddlers and continues to invest heavily in her own personal and professional development. She holds certificates and credentials including Certified Life Coach, Certified Mental Fitness Coach, Certified Group Coach, and Master Financial Coach.

Kate Carter is a Certified Fearless Living Coach & Trainer and has 30 years of experience as a teacher, spiritual mentor, crisis worker & coach. Her passion is supporting women as they discover how to live a free and full life.
Her specialty is helping women to see and free themselves from the real obstacles holding them back. (Hint here: they are not procrastination, avoidance, overwhelm, or any other reason you might come up with.) The real obstacles are the subconscious fears underneath those tendencies, which once worked through release an organic well of sustainable energy and motivation.
The gift Kate offers in coaching is to hold a space where clients can be present to themselves and hear their authentic voice, desires, and dreams – and then to support them in cultivating the skills that will make these dreams a reality.

Cathy Leicht is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), with a degree in Wellness & Health Promotion. Having completed training through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and Humana, Cathy has been a Health & Wellness Coach since 2016 . She has experience coaching hundreds of people in many areas of health and wellness including weight management, stress management, life purpose, and work/life integration.
Cathy has a passion for health & wellness and enjoys listening and guiding clients through the process of change. Working as a partner with her clients, she creates a safe and supportive space for women to share their vision and goals while empowering and motivating them to take steps toward meaningful and lasting lifestyle change.

Dr. Insha Mir is a physician turned life coach who discovered through her medical practice that physical ailments often are manifestations of deeper, untapped issues in our lives. With a belief that real change occurs only from within, Insha is passionate about helping women understand and believe in themselves, live up to their full potential, and improve their quality of life.
Having delivered programs and workshops on both sides of the world serving individuals of various ethnicities, ages, and walks of life, Dr. Mir facilitates our Group Life Coaching program, held over eight weeks with 5-8 participants/group. Insha believes that the group format fosters connection and allows women to lift others while lifting themselves.
Insha received her life coaching certification from CTI and Infinite Possibilities and is committed to ongoing learning to better meet the needs of program participants. Insha’s authentic, engaging style creates energy and openness that leads to personal discovery, learning, and growth. She asks of participants that they approach the Group Life Coaching experience simply with an open heart and an open mind. One of her favorite quotes is: “Give yourself permission to be a masterpiece and a work in progress, simultaneously!”

Kavita Carlson has been a mental health provider in the Green Bay community for over 35 years. She served in a leadership role at a local non-profit counseling agency and today continues to provide therapy and leadership development at Prevea Health part-time. Kavita has also been a Certified Professional Coach since 2018, having received her training through the College of Executive Coaching. She has been providing coaching and consultation groups for women since 2004.
Kavita has a diverse personal background and has lived in several countries, which she believes has contributed greatly to her desire to empower women. Helping women through life’s challenges, changes, and transitions has always been Kavita’s main priority. She emphasizes authenticity and loves to create opportunities for frank and open conversation where people can tap into their own inner wisdom through mutual exploration, curiosity, and dialogue.
